Pakistan army 'cautiously optimistic' on US-Iran mediation as Munir makes second Tehran trip in a month

Military spokesman Lt Gen Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry told Reuters there were positive signs in efforts to revive a ceasefire in the eight-month-old war, while warning of 'powerful spoilers and detractors' seeking to obstruct the diplomacy.
