Peshawar High Court halts hearings on petitions filed after 12 October as constitutional court order takes hold in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

The Peshawar High Court’s administrative committee has decided not to proceed with constitutional petitions filed on or after 12 October, a day after the Federal Constitutional Court suspended such proceedings across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under Article 245.
