PM orders roadmap for 100% digital payments as cheques end on 15 November and Raast takes over

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has ordered a clear roadmap with time-bound targets for a fully digital payments system, with cheque payments under Asaan Assignment Accounts ending on 15 November and moving to the State Bank's Raast system from 16 November.
