Nepra has raised the special industrial electricity rate from Rs22.98 to Rs25.30 per unit on the chairman's casting vote after a 2-2 split, and approved an extra Rs2.37 per unit fuel adjustment for all consumers in November bills to recover about Rs25 billion.
